KilnWhat began as a makeshift ceramics studio has grown into one of Newcastle’s most distinctive dining destinations - a place where craft, cuisine and community come together.
Guests can enjoy front-row views of the bakery and kitchen, while the bar serves a selection of local beers, small-batch wines and cocktails from morning to night. The all-day menu celebrates the vibrancy of Middle Eastern flavours, with ingredients sourced from the Northern larder and cooked over flame.
