The Pilgrm

Since 2017, The Pilgrm has made its home in a beautifully restored Victorian building just a stone’s throw away from Paddington station, and prides itself in creating authentic experiences for guests and visitors to the city alike. With a true passion for craftsmanship, art and design, The Pilgrm’s communal areas are used to showcase the talent of a rotating roster of inspiring artists - whether popping in for breakfast, coffee or a glass of wine, the ever-changing collections of work make no two visits the same.

Throughout our partnership, we’ve curated dynamic residencies and guest chef pop-ups across The Pilgrm’s communal spaces. Highlights include Exeter’s Exploding Bakery creating a bespoke cake menu - including The Pilgrm’s own Paddington Brownie - and 2023’s The Snack Off, where Ramael Scully, Abby Lee (Mambow) and Sugen Gopal (Roti King) went head-to-head with Malaysian snacks and cocktails.

Over the years, The Pilgrm has become an incubator for emerging culinary talent, hosting longer residencies from chefs including Keshia Sakarah, Mary San Pablo (LUTO), Nargisse Benkabbou (LADEED) and Marios Milliorelis (Rho).
