Trulli Ulivi produces single-estate extra virgin olive oil from its own farm, Masseria Borzone, in Puglia. The olives are grown and harvested on the estate.
Green, peppery and fruity, with notes of artichoke and green almond, the oil has been featured in The Times Magazine, The Guardian, Monocle and the FT's HTSI.
