DakaDakaBringing Georgian food to a city that largely hasn't heard of the country before was a challenge we were excited to accept. We devised a 3 part strategy - pre-launch, launch and post-launch - to fully tell the story of Georgia, its culture and cuisine, shifting finally towards the restaurant's London site and offering.
To do this, we parterned with a Georgia-based content creator, Nini Karelidze, and integrated their images into our own content captured here in London, which included test kitchen content in the lead up to opening right through to the restaurant in full motion. Taking the viewer fully on the journey, from rural corners of Georgia to the heart of London.
