CamilleA true nose-to-tail neighbourhood bistro
Camille is Borough Market’s French-inspired restaurant from Clare Lattin and Tom Hill, the duo behind London’s much-loved Ducksoup, Little Duck and Emilia in Devon. An elegant play on regional French dining with a true nose-to-tail approach, Camille retains Clare and Tom’s approach to simple, honest and provenance-led cooking. The kitchen is led by ex-St John chef Elliot Hashtroudi, whose menu beautifully captures the rustic energy of regional French cooking. The wine list features low-intervention and biodynamic bottles, championing small French producers and vineyards.
We launched the restaurant in Feburary 2024 to great acclaim, and have since supported with rich feature-led storytelling and building Elliot’s profile as head chef. It was #37 the National Restaurant Awards Top 100 in 2025, and recognised in the Michelin Guide 2024 shortly after opening.
