Following its launch into East London in 2025, Noisy Oyster offers a modern take on the seafood bistro, serving the finest seafood alongside standout martinis in a striking, design-led monochromatic space. The restaurant’s visual identity was spearheaded by renowned New York-based artist Harry Nuriev, founder of Crosby Studios.

Drawing inspiration from coastal regions across Italy, Spain, Portugal and France - while showcasing the very best of British seafood - the menu celebrates seasonality with reimagined takes on familiar seafood dishes.

Since launch, we’ve worked closely with the team to build creative momentum around the restaurant through a series of unique collaborations, from Apris’ design-led desserts to bringing back the iconic Norman’s Café for a one-weekend-only takeover.
