ElsaA sunny spot on Charlotte Street, with a menu & wine list inspired by The Alsace
Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, Elsa is a European bistro and wine bar taking inspirationg from the Alsace. Founded by Solynka Dumas and Julian Oschmann, the kitchen is headed by Holly Hayes who is serving simple seasonal plates putting beautiful local produce in the spotlight. Focusing on regional French and German specialities, the weekly changing menu celebrates classical technqiues and wholesome comfort cooking. The wine list is centered around interesting and sophisticated biodynamic wines from cool climate European regions.
84 has supported the launch of Elsa since the opening in 2024, focusing on Solynka's unique approach to hosting and hospitality and Holly's ingredient-led menus. Our campaign also highlighted Elsa's design-forward ethos - the art and interiors that define the restaurant. We have worked on a number of collaborations and events such as Elsa's regional wine series, highlighting hyper-regional wines and specialities across France and Germany. Since opening, Elsa has quickly become one of Charlotte Street's most loved destinations serving the local community and visitors alike, being recognised for it's unfussy approach with a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand in 2025.
